Press coffee or loose leaf tea on the go with BODUM's TRAVEL French Press.
• Brew and drink or use in the place of a traditional 3 cup French Press.
• Silicone and mesh filter reduces sediment.
• To use: add 3-4 tablespoons coarse ground coffee, preferred milk and sweetener, and hot water to the mug. Stir contents, replace lid with plunger up, and go. After 4 minutes press down the plunger and enjoy!
• Stainless steel double wall design with a vacuum seal maintains heat for hours while remaining cool to the touch.
• Non-skid rubber base and comfortable, ergonomic grip with colorful silicone band
• Dishwasher safe.
• Caution: Please do always keep the mug upright. Due to safety reason, the mug is not leakproof because of possible over pressure.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Items not purchased directly from Brews & Beyond (e.g., third-party retailers)

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at email@email.com or call us at (000) 123-4567 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
• Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
