PEBO® Vacuum coffee maker

No other coffee maker has fascinated passionate coffee drinkers like the PEBO® (former SANTOS). Monitor the eye-catching brewing process through the two firmly attached borosilicate glass bowls! Water heats in the lower chamber, creating vapor pressure that forces the boiling water up to mix with coffee grounds. The coffee maker is then removed from the heat and vacuum pressure draws the brewed coffee downward through a strainer, and into the bottom chamber for serving. Its exceptionally effective vacuum/siphon brewing method extracts all precious oils of your favorite coffee. The vacuum brewing process is entirely sealed off so no aroma can escape. In addition, the brewing time and temperature are perfectly calibrated, ensuring a perfect cup of coffee with each brew. Depending on the amount of water used, the PEBO® can brew delicious coffee within 5 to 11 minutes, serving anywhere from 4 to 8 cups (0.5l/10oz,max. 1.0l/34oz).

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Eligibility for Returns

1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at email@email.com or call us at (000) 123-4567 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: Pack your item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
• Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
